I have using airtel more than 4 years.Earlier its tariff was cheaper for voice calling and data but now is became costlier.Its network coverage is also minimise.So many times of call drops happen in rural areas.Sometimes it deduct amount and data automatically and when I have asked the customer service for explanation and to return the deducted amount they say that you have used it though I haven’t, now where can I complaint and also we have lack of evidence as recorded.So it has worst type of customer service.
