As I have been in this network from 5 Years. But still I’m not receiving any kind of offers. As I’m most suffered and expressing it. And I worked in airtel for 2 years so that I have good any knowledge regarding this network completely.
As we all expect that airtel is providing good network and we come through many adds where airtel works in deserts.
No need to work in deserts. I think don’t know that their network is bad in some areas of BANGALORE city. How funny you think.
There is network issue for airtel too in many areas of city but in village they cover up to Maximum. As when I was in bangalore I faced many problems and used another one there. So it is a kind of providing waste service with heavy rates to customers.
As I mentioned know that I worked with airtel they say that they are very connected but it takes more time to connect to customer support and the way of response given by them will also be bad that depends upon customer. Actually customer support will never provide any offer and if there is no option to mention that particular customer is asking for offers. It takes more time and require many options to get connected to customer support and particularly the IVR options are more.
The charges and billing is the main advantage for airtel. In this situation I would like to remind you something. We all recharged 250+ for 1GB data before Jio started. When jio started airtel too started reducing cost and they provided 1GB per day for 90 days @349 and you people check what they did means they are making profits till date. They do not provide offers at all. When we start process of port they call and provide offers. Till then with out port option what happened for them. They even doesn’t respond if we request for offers.
So now a days everyone is busy for their profits but if they provide good network with good offers if they charge high then it is bearable. With out everything it is like illegal.
