Dont have any answer

Airtel customer care service is worst..They had activated cricket live on my no without knowing me and when we try to find that how is it activated they dont have any answer and the worst part is you will never get connected to thr customer care execute ..


after trying for long time I got connect and I had request them to disconnect the service and return my balance. Executive: ask me my name and date of birth for verification, and told me that it will be done in 4 wrking hrs.


Next day again the same thing happen 3rs was charge from my accont.


second call to the customer care took to long to connect.


ME: asked them that I had requested them to please disconnect the cricket service thn by they charge me again for the same.


Executive - the execute told me that the service is not disconnect.


ME: when I had request to disconnect my service for cricket why it not done. your executive told me that it will be done in 4 working hrs.


Executive: this time I am put your request for disconnet, it will be disconnect in 4 working hrs.


ME: same thing your colleague told me yesterday.


Executive: this time it will be done and you will get your balance.


Next day again something happen.


this time I was very frustrate


same thing I did and same answer I got. on the 5 day they return me my balance of 2 days out of 4 days and the service I guess disconnected or because of the cricket matches were over. and when I asked them why you people only return for 2 day out of 4 day they told me tht they always return when ever I put the compliant for the service, but I m sure that they have cheated me.
