Do not use online pay facility and worst customer

The online pay facility of the airtel is pathetic.The mcheck or the other payment gateway option is useless.


I used it twice and amount was debited from my card.


I tried calling airtel 100 times and when I say 100 I mean it .more then 100 emails.but in vain every time I was told case is registered and we will resolve in 15 days and till that time we are barring ur calls.2 months nothing happened till date.


They barred by business calls due to which we had made huge losses.We again made the payment but same thing happened.


Finally someone responded and he said that by mistake payment is updated on landline.


I called landline but they said that mobile department has fooled you and you need to fight with them to get ur payment .


The mobile department kept on blaming landline department.


Finally I traveled 25 kms to bannerghatta centre and asked for de barr my calls.


They said we only collect bills. A 4 floor building is built only too loot ur hard earned money and fooling customers.I am shocked how they run business with such pathetic service.


With the Online gateway these guys are doing day light robbery.I guess bunch of people in between are doing a money siphon.


They will take ur hard earned money and you will have no option as what you are left with is a transaction id which they will tell u is not valid and in process you will loose lot of time and money.


They do not have any process to escalate the matter .Ever the floor managers will say sorry sir and if u shout at them they will put you on hold and cut the call.


Throw money on there face by going to there center and restrain urself from using there online services.
