The party concerned here is airtel (BHARATI TELECOM), who, by way of their campaign splashed all over the media in Mumbai, had assured consumers of superior voice quality, NO dropped calls, and high quality network coverage.
After using their service for a month (and after no less than TEN complaints), they have NOT addressed any of my complaints, They have deliberately stood me up, EVEN after promising to send representatives on numerous occasions to address my problems.
Till date - I face the following
Dropped calls
Terrible network coverage. (about 50% of that of BPL, my provider for last 5 years)
complaints from clients who get through to me at a 50% rate!! (dangerous in my line of business)
messages that go and reach upto 8 hours late
no delivered messages report generation (which was working fine in the beginning)
no airtel services working (even though I have complained three times)
The person I spoke with was Sakshi, floor supervisor - customer relations. she promised to call me back, and didnt.
Mr. Manish, her superior refused to come on line, or answer my calls.
I requested to talk with and left messages for Head of Customer relations, however no call
In this case, not only is their advertising misleading, but the fact that they make NO attempt to address cunstomer problems, is surely compounding the problem
