No wonder Airtel don’t have people to attend to their customers, when all the money is gone to advertise they don’t even bother attending your call. Being a customer to them for more than 8 months all I can say is the service is getting worst. For any query regarding your connection problems or renewal of chips, its the worst to hang on for about not less than 20 min. No one seems to bother the time of their current clients. And on top of it all they can say is they had to serve 800, 000 customers so there was a delay. Is that what happens every time when a customer tries to call.
Do 800, 000 customers get the same excuse. Even after the complaint being launched for more than a week and twice at-least a week, they damn bother. How can they improve if they continue the same.
And guess what for leaving a query or complaint please leave your name and number on the answering machine but for new connection and change of tariff plans please speak to their customer care. Wow like the change of tariff plans and new customers are really giving them business and the currents are just lagging on.
