AIRTEL- Give Zero value to customers

I m here to share my worst experience with the Airtel mobile operator because I have been a prolonging customer of this network. I dont’t know the network connection in other areas but in my area I have never been satisfied with network of this operator. Even I had complained to customer care about this problem but every time I tried to make a call to customer care, they were not available there to pick up the call and my problem remains unrectified. And once after I contacted them they told me that they are putting the call on to their expert to resolve their issue and after that they asked for so much details that I find not so important to fix this and I didn’t remember after how long my problem gets fixed. But I was just one level up happy with the network and even after that once in a while the network issue interrupt.


The customer service of this operator is so bad because once I had recharged my sim and they I got to know that the plan is not supporting because I was having 3G sim and they have recharged 4G data plan. So because of that I had to face lot of problems. First its plan were very costly and moreover they are doing such activities with the customer, once they should told to the customer about the plans. So it seems like they are no more worry about the their customers but they should these type of steps make them backfired.


These all things happened to me when the plans of jio hadn’t came into market. Now what the changes or improvement they have done in Airtel operator, I don’t know because I am no more connected to this. But I hope the best for it.


I would like to thanks jio which came then because of that I have never use to think about my bad times with the Airtel operator.


I hope my review hadn’t hurted any airtel users because I don’t the present condition of it. Just I have shared my past experience with it.
