Airtel customer service is orphan without a head.

I had registered for enabling educational services on 20th April.


The system gave me a registration number and a message that it would be enabled in 7 working days.


It is 28th May today, and I haven’t got that enabled. When I ask the Appellate Authority to provide me their head of operations number, I get one standard reply, "We are not suppose to provide it."


Who will fix this issue? God only knows about it.
