Hello guys as you all know that Airtel is a biggest network provider in India despite that fact the the service they provide is very worst. I am the customer of Airtel since 2 years and I am getting lots of problems day by day. A month ago I got recharged of 199 rupees for 28 days in which I got 1 GB per day data and unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day but I have been getting lots of problems by this network. It doesn’t work properly. As they provide 4G plan but the speed of network is less then 3G. My friends are also getting such problems. When I do call to my any friend, relatives then the network does not work properly lots of echo occur during call. And the internet speed is very slow.
Now if we talk about the customer service which is also disappointing. It take 5 minutes to talk with any customer care service and they don’t reply properly. Actually I am very unhappy with Airtel.
