Recently I shifted to Hyderabad and I retained my Airtel sim by switching it to roaming plan and the problem started with it’s network. I chosen Airtel because of it’s wide network and good internet speed but I couldn’t even get the signal in the heart of the city. It is really pathetic and troublesome. Though the customer service is okay, I don’t see any point in continuing the network with this sort of network. I’m literally feeling I’m 10 years backward. The charges are high when compared to other networks and one can find a lot of better options even at lower tariffs. My final say about this is’NO’.
