Dear friends,
I am using prepaid service of Airtel, Mumbai. For last two months they deduct Rs.30 for some unasked and unwanted service by me.
I have to contact their 121 consumer service to reimburse the same amount. Every time they promise me not to deduct the same amount but it is of no use.
Please check your balance everyday to avoid such OPEN LOOT by the company.
And unite to stop such unethical mean of business practises by this company.
I opeted for this service because it was cheaper as I use my cell phone for incoming calles only and rarely use outgoing calls. The customer care department just near my home so thought it will be convenient for me to deal with them.
I think this service provider is same as others, and their sole air is to collect money under any name.
We have no alternative as all operators are almost same in squeezing money poor in providing quality service.
Always think twice before going for any cell phone service provider and always keep a watchfull eye on your balance talk time you may me cheated as I am in this case.
