You can keep airtel as a backup sim. Their call rates are somewhat low. Call connectivity is good. But they are a tad bit expensive. I wouldn’t generally recommend airtel but if you can afford it go for it.
What really is a turn off is the network speed. They claim to be fast but in reality they are really slow. 4g runs at 3g. 3g runs at 2g. And they charge a lot for that
