Unreasonable amount deduction

I didn’t used airtel as my primary mobile operator but I had to stay in jalandhar for 3 months and the airtel network was the best one there so I got the airtel Sim and the whole some activation process was easy.


After that I did a recharge for my mobile data pack and also balance of 56 rupees. The Call quality was ok and everything was good but sometimes the signal would drop and I couldn’t talk whole sitting on the end and u had to get up to make calls that was also manageable but one day I was taking to my friend and the call disconnected.


I saw that my balance was zero, I was really surprised as I just did a recharge of 60 rupees. So I called the customer care and they said u had activated the caller tune service.I was shocked why the hell do I need caller tunes and who uses caller tune these days.


I told them I didn’t do it but they kept saying the same thing that they can’t refund or help me in any way. I was really disappointed with such thing as my amount was dedicated and I didn’t even activated such service.Really disappointed with airtel.
