I am sai yashwanth wanted to review airtel
first question I should ask the airtel people that they have decreased the rate(cost) of calls or data at present due to the competition of the jio in the telecom industry .but they are getting profit even after decreasing the rate .why can’t they decrase the rate before the jio comes and get a good name ad brand image .i hate the airtel and changed to jio and secondary sim as Bsnl

it has good network in all cities and villages .their is no problem for the network
2.customer care:
it is not bad

every body know the value and the charges it is the worst among all services
