This has not happened once or twice but every time you call 121 for a query or request. The representative you get to speak to is very unprofessional. They dont have a standard protocol to speak to a customer. They really have poor standards for a big company like Airtel .They end up representing the company pathetically.
Speaking really fast, one word replys, one word questions(name, email) no may Is, suddenly switching to local language, absolutely no professionalism . Call up 121 you feel you are conversing with a local auto driver and not some professional customer service representative.
