This is Sumit & I would like to share my worst experience with airtel. Previously, I was using tata docomo and I must say that it was a nice network service which I ever had.
Unfortunately, they are moving their services from Bihar, due to some reason. I had to change my no. & one of my friend recommend me to buy airtel. Since the day my no. activated is I’m facing the poorest network & the internet is also not working upto the mark.
Regarding, this I had a word with the customer care executive Sohail, senior CCE Janki & Aayushi, every time they made a false commitment that your problem will be sorted out very soon. I must say, they don’t even know how to deal a customer.
*Friends, I suggest never go with airtel & m also changing my no. Very soon.
