Pathetic service

Pathetic customer service from airtel. I have 2 postpaid numbers from airtel and I wanted to remove one plan from the current billing plan I emailed the same to them but they didn’t responded that time so it got added to my bill I have to pay an extra amount that I paid thinking that it might be a technical glitch called them again and asked them to cancel that plan they said that they will do that and I asked the executive that do I have to pay that amount again I asked that thrice she said no sir it is cancelled now that service will not reflect in your bill so I said ok.


but it was again there in my bill and this time I got frustrated so I called them that I want to talk 2 a senoir and want a recording of that call they disconnected the call 5 times while transferring.


After some days I tried to call again but still the same customer service is so pathetic they don;t know how to talk I don’t think so they are educated enough as they way they are behaving was seriously bad as if I am not paying them, i am getting paid from them.


I will keep on writing reviews and going to consumer court for the same.Never recommend airtel to anyone and hope these guys understand customer service and hire some educated peoples those who know how to talk.
