Airtel is good service in regards to network; no doubt it is a good service as far as network is concerned.
Two weeks ago I had received a call from Airtel executive regarding Mobile Office, an Airtel executive who had 75% knowledge about mobile office had phoned me (this service enables you to surf net on your mobile device for just 12/- Rupee for 24 hours), I was told that I will receive SMS and settings from Airtel within 48 hours which I haven’t received till 1 week and my amount started getting deducting after 48 hours by 12/- rupee, when I complained , they said I should sms them and ask for settings, whereas I was never told this by their executive, and then I told them in my 4 complaints to deactivate mobile office, my amount was deducted for 4 consecutive days, I asked for money back and they said it will be refunded in 24 hours and it wasn’t refunded in the said time.
Airtel should first confirm whether the costumer received settings or not and they should also check their data base and make sure before starting deducting amount from their valuable costumers.
It feels like we are begging from Airtel and they are just giving false promises.
