Airtel is one of the biggest telecom company in India.I customer of Airtel service Since 4 years. send the launch of jio to Airtel gone down its bussiness.It’s plans are too much costlier than others.The customer service is too bad. since last few days I am unable to send messages while I am having activated pensive rupees 399 in which I’m getting hundred SMS per day. since launch of jio cross connection is something that I face too much about 50% of time whenever I try to call my relatives and friends I get connected to some other person. sometimes I also here people’s conversation who are speaking to each other. Airtel must improve his business.
