Say no to airtel...

It’s bad. i’ll tell you what happened to me. I have purchased a sim of airtel and during the time of purchase I had told them that I am a student and live in a hostel and don’t have any permanent address in Mumbai. Also I am just 18 and don’t have voter’s ID or driving license so they told me to give a copy of my Bhopal’s (that’s where I am from) address proof and my college ID card’s photocopy. I submitted them. But now, every second month, they keep asking me to submit the documents again and I have to submit them again and again. It gives me a lot of trouble to go there and submit the documents every second month.

Also, this time when my services were stopped without any warning, I went and submitted the documents on the 2nd of April. Even though the company promises to start the line within 24 hours, my line wasn’t started. When I went to their office, they started my incoming calls and said that the outgoing facility will start from Monday. But nothing has happened.

and this is just one of the many problem that they give you. they promise a lot of things but do nothing. another thing that happened to me was, when I had taken the sim, they gave me free hello tune. from the next month onwards they started charging for it. even when I stpped the hello tunes, they deducted the money... what is this.

so tell everyone... say no to airtel...
