They barred my sms outgoing and when I called coustomer service for the same issue, they promised me that it will be resolved in two days which they failed to do.
So I had to them again for the same n again they asked me to give them 2 more days to fix the issue. Then I asked them if I can get my UPC code on phone as iam unable to send SMS. They said I can get that PORT facility through SMS only.
I had to wait for 2 more days n called them today 30th march2017 n I got a reply from customer support asking me to wait 72 more hours.
If its not resolved today, iam going to report in consumer forum as their service is poor n customer service is worst.
I never use airtel in my life again suggest others not to go for airtel mobile.
