Dear Airtel,
This is an open letter to all those who use Airtel Postpaid services, The "Legal team" Or rather so claimed legal team of Bharti Airtel Service in Bangalore a woman name Miss. Sudha, has instructed to me to pay an outstanding of RS 1600 immediately or will have her "People" Visit me at my house(Which can be seen as a threat to my well being, and that of my family.)
The context was that, "Legal advisor" Of Airtel has instructed me to beg in front of a "Temple" for the amount of RS 1600(against my familys religious believes, we are Christians) While making snarling remarks in Kannada and in other regional languages, and these "Legal Advisers" of Airtel have claimed "This is is not about bloody customer relationship, we want no relationships with customers like you, we want our money and we want it now, bloody idiot fellow"
I would sincerely advise and request all prospective customers of Airtel Postpaid to move away from these Hooligans and choose a better and a more behaved Telecommunications Company, I have had similar issue with Vodafone and was very please by the Handling of such a situation.
This is rather unacceptable behaviour from the "Legal team" Airtel.
Regards,
A very stressed out customer.
