Thanks for you service even before I can start your service. I have been Using Reliance CDMA Postpaid services from 2002. After a long time I finally decided to Opt for Airtel (Mobile) services for a slow migration of my contacts to a new number, where I wanted to start off with a Prepaid connection,
Today 3rd August I went to your Bangalore, Vijaynagar Pipeline Airtel Relationship Center for a New Prepaid Connection
Note: My house is 8th Building (less than 100 meters) from your Airtel Relationship Center
I was made to go back Thrice without a clear vision from the members over there who were least bothered for a Customer, leave alone offering a seat for me, I was almost standing for about 30 Mins on a whole.
Even though I produced a valid Passport copy and a PP photo for a connection they told the ID proof was invalid and they required another one for which I said ok you process with the available details, I will get you in what ever you require in 2 mins, but even then I was sent back without even bothering for a reason; their own accomplices were processing their friends/other persons details with a valid proof... wherein they were gleefully telling them just send me the proof later....
When a Customer who is coming for a New connection faces so much difficulty then how the hell are you going to provide serivce the customers....?
So if any one atleast reads this message let me know so that I can give a second though of buying a connection

But till now other than the automated message nothing has been received
Leave alone hospitality, These people do not even care for the Customers who are standing in front of them...
The most irritating part was for me that even tough I am a resident in the same house for the past 25 years I was made to run for a Prepaid connection like a dog......
Might be there are exceptions to such people but when we say a Customer Relationship center should be Customer friendly even if those faces cant smile at least not a grumpy look, which looks like another stupid fellow who has come for an Service......
These people sitting in Customer Cares are paid through the customers Money and they do not even care a BIT for the customers......
