On the https://airtel.in it is published that its customer care number 121 is toll free and customer will not be charged when they call this number, but when I called at 121 after selecting all the predefined option on the call at the point when my call was just about to transfer to support person I got to listen that this call is chargeable INR 0.50 / 3 mins. It’s cheating, they are just making revenues through this, no other operator does that. ’
