I have been using Airtel for the last 4 years. My landline, mobile and everthing in life that centers around communication has to do with Airtel. I am generally happy with it or I wouldn’t have stuck on for so long.
However there are a few grouses I harbor - the junk or sales call type SMS’s and calls it bombards you with(KBC, Ford Ikon, contests, ring tones); the lack of any loyalty or reward point program; high cost of STD calls(Rs 2.20 per min compared to other one India plans of Rs 1 a min); the bad global calling card which one may buy if going abroad; the bad phone quality at times when it won’t even waive the charges for such calls.
So while it mostly rocks, sometimes it seems the lion turns into a mouse and begins to squeak.its at such times that I curse it. Other times this lion’s roar helps me get heard in the world of communication and EXPRESS MYSELF!
