Firstly Airtel fail to deliver what they promised to. Scheme are very awful, 4g network are not available everywhere even in some part of the cities we have connectivity problem. Comparing to other mobile operator’s it’s internet speed is damn too slow. They keep on call us even we have subscribed to DND. Major problem arise when you are on call and suddenly your call gets disconnected just because of shifting of 4g network to 3g network. Airtel is little bit costly compared to other service providers. Customer service support is good but that reason is not enough to choose Airtel.
