I requested for MNP as I wasn’t getting enough offers in Airtel CUG plan as other service providers were offering. I received a call from customer care representative to stick to the Airtel. But since I wasn’t offered any suitable plan as per my requirements, I declined her request. But still Airtel rejected my MNP request. I am an Airtel customer for last 8 years and I even hold another no. from airtel. But, I never expected such kind of behavior from a telecom company like Airtel. It was really disappointing.
