I’ve been using airtel frok the last 9 years.
I must say, they got worse over the years. Maybe becaude of the competetion on maybe becaude they cant see their mistakes anymore. With the introduction of 3G, uts’s gotten worse than ever. Very poor network reception. Very highly overrated and the price for 1 gb of 3G internet is gonna blow a dent in yoyr pocket. 300 rupeees for 1 GB.
And now, they’ve introduced 4G, which is just a costlier version of 3G. Just too costly for a comman man to afford. And call charges have become more compared to the earleir couple if years.
Hope they learn their mistakes and change before iy gets any worse.
