Airtel is the popular network all over india, I don’t know about other countries because I never been there. But in india this is outstanding network.
In every aspect this is the best except in terms of cost.
Wanna share my own experience.
When iam in a trip I crossed many forests and many remote areas. All my friends are put of signals but my mobile shows minimum 1 or 2 points of signals. It helped us a lot to rind routes in google map.
Lets talk about some technical stuff.
NETWORK :
In terms of network coverage thia is the best. Iam able to get minimum network wherever I go, even in remote areas.
CUSTOMER SERVICE :
Customer service is pretty good when compared to other operators. It doesn’t get any problems but when we get a problem it will be solved as early as possible.
CHARGES AND BILLING :
Charges are a bit high when compared to other operators. But that is ok as they provide great service with constant speed and reliability.
So guys if you are in some remote areas and not able to get signals to other sims then go to airtel. But if you are in some city then you can go to other operators but airtel is the best in both city and remote areas.
