Wallet not Recharge
I installed airtel money app and I registered my airtel dth registered mobile number with it Then I tried to add 100rs in My Airtel wallet through internet banking on 08/07/2016.The balance was deducted from my bank account but till now no recharge has been made on my airtel wallet .
When I initiated transaction I received the belw message
Your airtel mobile 9xxxxxxx3online recharge txn ID xxxxxxxx of Rs 100 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
After the transaction is finished no money was added to th wallet and the amount has been debited from my account.Kindly revert the amount to my bank account ASAP. Thank you.
