I tried to transfer money to Airtel money and I got an error message stating that the "service is not available, please try after some time."
The amount which I transferred got deducted from my bank account. I called up Airtel money, they said that the money will be refunded in 5 working days.
I am really upset with the service as the company is deducting money from the bank account and giving an error message on the screen. Keeping the money with one’s own self for 5 working days I believe it’s a scam which this company is doing. Airtel money scam
