I am sharing an incidence of my airtel payment bank experience. I made a recharge of 599 from airtel payment bank using google pay upi. Money deducted but recharge was not done. Again I contacted to Gpay, they refused of helping and said it’s airtel fault. I tried every possible way of contacting with airtel customer service but was unable to contact.
I got my money back after 39 days. This was harassing moment for me. I quit using airtel payment bank from then.
