I mistakenly open an account in Airtel Payment Bank.
After some time, balance was detected. I called customer care, they told its SMS charge. I removed my balance and told them to close the account. They told me to send a mail to wecare@airtelbank.com. I send a mail, but no use.
Time went, now they again detected SMS charge. This time I got a mail immediately saying your balance is negative, please recharge then only they can close the account lol.
