I have Airtel Broadband connection at home and it’s extremely unreliable. There is a lot of down time that happens and they are as bad as Karnataka Electricity Board. Whenever the power goes and the back up resumes it takes a lot of time to resume. Complaints to Airtel’s customer support haven’t helped at all. When it’s on the speeds are pathetic to say the least. I am Looking for a more reliable service provider.
