Im using ACT Fibernet connection for couple of years, After seeing the Airtel broadband plan thought of trying to use Airtel connection since it has unlimited local & std voice calls free for the same price. I registered for new connection on Airtel portal 6th February and they called me back on same day and asked to share the document through whatsApp, I sent on 8th. After that no response from their representative. I told him that my old connection will expire in few days and I need new connection urgently. They told me they can activate a connection within 48 hours, but now it is 5 days, and they stopped picking the phone, not collected the check, no installation nothing has been done. If I call 121 customer care they are asking to wait for 1 more week, Very careless and not bothering about customer concern. Even customer care guys or not listening just repeating what he said
Im a Airtel mobile customer for more that 10 years, very disappointed with their service now. They should should start listening to the customer queries and act fast, as a leading mobile/internet provider.
