I really appreciate Airtel fibernet customer provider for resolving the broadband problem within 36 hours, which looks like great as per Indian service providers standard.
My internet connection was disrupted 2 days back due to rain and thunder in Chennai. When we reported the customer care they send the person on the second day. When inspected by the technical personnel Mr Sabin it was the fault of Modem being damaged due to short circuit. He replaced the same at free of cost and other wirings were also changed. Thanks.
