When we got Airtel connection we paid more per month compare to local broadband service provider. Sorry to say Airtel broadband customer service and support is pathetic. In our case more than four day Airtel is not able solve the issue. Even not able to depute technician. We can not escalate, only option is customer care. Customer care not aware about who is coming and don’t have any answer. Customer support and resolution is very poor. Better Avoid airtel xstream fiber
