Airtel has degraded over the years when it comes to Broadband internet FTTH.
When connection is down, they schedule technician visit after 3 - 4 days which is ridiculous.
Technician claims he is not from this area and it get rescheduled again
My cable is spliced at 3- 4 joints affecting the speed
They changed OLT and did not do impact analysis of affected customers. my F670L was just not interoperable with their new OLT. I lost internet for 6 long days
They could not figure out the issue.
Their customer experience team do not have reachable mobile numbers.
Escalations do not help.
