I have been using Airtel for years and have found their service exceptional. If you are using Airtel Broadband, Airtel classifies you as a platinum customer and gives you priority customer care. I have found that once installed, very rarely there is any issue. Occasionally the speeds drop but in that case the service engineer comes within hours to fix the problem or solves it from their backend if that can be done. The best way to reach Airtel customer care is not through their 121 call centre number but through their twitter handle or Facebook page as their social media team is usually quick and responsive and you actually have a human being call you back. I have rare occasions to connect with customer care. The only occasions I remember are when I had to shift connection during the lockdown time when I had to shift houses. Their engineer came and did the installation the day I shifted making sure that I was without internet connection for a maximum of 6 or 7 hours. I like the professionalism that Airtel has displayed
