After this they don’t look at you, don’t respond, their Airtel Thanks App is a fraud, I put up so many complaints through App and phone calls but no result , complaints on App were wrongly showing and closed unilaterally without resolving, ithete is no transparency, no options to write your own complaint, cheats in so called dedicated team evwrytime kept telling blatant lies that they are raising ticket and their service team will contact in some time but no SMS or email was received even once regarding booking of tickets and no one contacted with resolution. Airtel is a big cheat and fraud. Only name is big but actually they are very small and shameless people. Kalim in Ghatkopar, Mumbai is a big thug and shameless guy, he will fool you.
