Guys please read this post before subscribing to Airtel broadband. I am based in Noida. Their connection here is xtremely slow with horrible customer service. The connection frequently breaks down with very very poor customer service, and very slow speed
Just to amplify my very recent issue– my broadband has not been working for the last 4 days. I’ve made at least 25 calls to the level of Airtel area team leader, but with no luck, it’s still down. At least half the time the connection doesn’t work. It’s insane.
Also, while I pay for a 40 MBPS speed, in reality what I get is probably half of it
I strongly advise people staying around Sector 19, Noida, to NOT subscribe o Airtel broadband. It sucks.
