I got the connection last year. I opted for 50MBPS unlimited. Initially I fell in love with the uninterrupted connection that I got for 2-3 months. The actual problem started after that. I have very frequent interruptions these days. I called up one of the numbers that they have given on their website. He asked me to send him the address through SMS. I then told him that I am facing this issue almost every day and that person was so rude and said that I am getting your call only for the first time today and havent got all these days.
I cant even go the extent of raising my voice. If I do, all they say is you can discontinue if you want. I cannot discontinue because there is no other option in this area(Anjanapura).
If not for the interruptions and the horrible customer care, the speed is really good at times.
Initially the plan was 1149. Then they introduced tax and it went upto 1316 and then every month I see a rise in the amount I have to pay by relatively small amounts.
