Aishwarya Homes is now selling sites in Ph 3 in Mandur though Ph 1 and Ph 2 customers grievances are not address. These developers demand 50% money for making booking and agreement. Once agreement is made they forget the customers. They dont commit for registration and submission of necessary documents for loan purpose. They keep saying, will give within a month. LIC did not approve loans for Ph 1 and Ph 1. But the developers assure LIC loan for Ph 3. The builder is not genuine in disclosing their office address, land owner address, office ph no, etc. They show an address of their office but actually there is no such office. If you ask why, they will show another address saying that just now they shifted. But you will not see any office activities at the new address.
