Indian Beauty with International Flavour

When I first look at Aishwarya Rai

I immediately get pushed into international mode; I don’t rate her as in Indian

Context for me ultimate BEAUTY in every sense of the word is Hema Malani

Raja Jani, Mera Goan Mera Desh, Sholay, I can go on and on I will forget I am writing this review as a consumer of Aishwarya Rai (hehe) I am not consuming her I am consuming products endorsed by her and watching movies made about her as a character.

I think GREEN EYES are a sign of kindness; this is the color of heaven. That’s the part which strikes me most at the first glance, her green eyes, she is Indian and green eyed Indian. That makes me remember the film she did PRIDE AND PREJUDICE , she acted well, everything went well with that film but the crucial point in making a film is to earn money where it failed. That is not my headache, it’s not coming into my pocket so I don’t bother for things like that, what highlighted in that film was the Indian Accent of Aishwarya Rai, and I am not used to hearing in full fledged English films Indian accent. ’’English Patient ’’ was a different film it was made as a comedy film so any accent will go with comedy. Even the accent of Peter Sellers.

I also remember many of her films Mohabbaten, one film with Sanjay Dutt where they are husband and wife and the other character is Zayed Khan, every performance by her leaves a mark, see I don’t remember the title of her film but I can recollect very easily the storyline, that’s the use of using beautiful women to represent common everyday problems we face. If we want Indians to become dance crazy: We should telecast on every channel ’’Kajrare, Kajrare’’ song as much as possible, but that will give wrong idea to old folks of India, they will break their backs dancing like Shri Amitabhji. But it was a fantastic dance by Ash, I cannot take that out of my memory.

That is the impact of Ash over Indian memory; we cannot take her face out of our memory once bitten with the bug of seeing her. Now we will have to see her less and less as she has international commitments and she is traveling very much these days and earning Dollars and Rupees do not hold so much charm for her and that is why we don’t see many films of her these days.

We are being deprived of her by her in her quest for International fame and name, let her go and test out the waters of Hollywood and other Industries and let Jackie Chan come to India and test the waters of Indian Cinema. Other actress who will follow her afterwards will always say this is because of Ash, she made it possible for us all to come out of India. Don’t worry about Indian Fans we have other beautiful women like here in loads and loads and I am not talking about ullal, I am talking about the many beautiful girls I see in my day to day activities in India.

We Indians are lucky to have Ash and the rest of our women folk, Bollywood are not the only place we have beautiful women in India, unlike Hollywood there a beautiful face is a rarity and that is the reason they have to import beauties from other parts of the world.

Back to Ash she giving her performances in a heartfelt passion, you can see her enthusiasm on her face when she is in front of the camera, I think she lacks only blessings some poor folks, she might have hurt that is the reason , she is not getting the fame and name she deserves, its a testing period for her. She has given her utmost but still the mirage is not in her grasp.

This can only rectified by a kindred spirit, like we saw the story of a very famous bowler who lost his form and regained it only after begging forgiveness from the person he had hurt.

We live as we are in both body and soul and we need food to sustain both parts in equally healthy and fresh diet. We wish Ash the very best, maybe in International press she is referred to as Ash most often than Aishwarya like we Indians do that is causing her to become ASH instead of Yash.

3 cheers to the beautiful in women in India and everywhere on this globe.
