Aiwa sound, u gotta hear this

I bought this Mini component audio system in 1998. It works fine till date except that I changed tape decks belts due to fungus (i am staying in Kerala where fungus growth is too much). It gives me pleasant and quality sound for hours either from 3 CD changer or from Double auto reverse tape decks. Amplifier It boasts 180 X 2 Watts RMS plus 50 watts for rear surround. In Indian terms (most believe in India) it gives output of 2, 200 watts PMPO. This system has got 3 pre-set electronic graphic equalizer for listening music for different tastes. It has got 3 preset DSP surround effects as well to give more realistic effect. If u want to have deep bass punching sound then turn on the Super T-Bass (3 steps adjustable) and u want to enjoy the high frequencies then put the BBE on (u can adjust this for 3 steps). Tape Section This system has got twin deck with fully logic double auto reverse mechanism for uninterrupted listening. It has Dolby B NR for reducing the tape hiss noise. Other features include music sensor (this is to help the listener to go to the required track/song), high speed dubbing, CD synchro dubbing etc. Tuner section There are 3 bands namely AM, SW and FM in this digital synthesizer. It has auto tuning and storing capability and has 32 preset stations. CD section The CD player can handle VCD with play back that is version 2.0 and it plays audio CDs and CD graphics as well. It has random play, single dic, multidisc, repeat, edit, program play capabilities, 20 track music calendar, etc The VCD has a 9 frame preview, track digest or CD digest functions. General This has a real time clock in two formats (24hrs/12hrs). Alarm functions, On timer, Off timer ect. This system has two audio inputs and one out put and one video output (all are RCA jacks). It also has facility to give digital output (optical signal) for recording the mini disk or dat taps. I purchased this system for about Rs 30, 000 and I did not regret at all. I enjoy VCD movies by connecting this cute system to my 30’’ (76 cms) TV and its like theatre. I have been enjoying all the features of ths system mostly I like the quality of the sound.
