Aiyaary, which means being a person which you are actually not. I saw the movie but couldn’t believe it’s been made by none other than Neeraj Pandey.
Its cast includes Manoj Bajpayee, Siddharth Malhotra, & Rakul Preet in lead supported by Adil khan, Kumud Mishra and Anupam kher, Naseeruddin Shah in small roles.
Story of the movie - First of all there isn’t any plot innthe movie, movie starts where Siddharth ( Jai) is against his senior officers and Manoj ( Abhay) is trying to nab him. Basically story is about corruption in Infian Army but it was not properly put across to the audience who are confused with the way film goes. Climax is very less imoact full.
Manoj Bajpayee rides the movie on his shoulder and Siddharth acting is not worth watching. Other actors have played their part well.
Music is ok and editing is pathetic. The length of the movie is very long. Direction is not up to the mark and it’s surprising that a Director like Neeraj Pandey who have made movies like A Wednesday, Baby, Special 26 & Dhoni will ever think of making a film like this.
So I won’t recommend this film to any one as it will test their patience even if they are a fan of Neeraj Pandey. Actors like Naseeruddin Shah and Anupam Kher are wasted.
