Hey what’s up guys, today I am gonna share my experience with ajio.com it’s a online platform for shopping brought to you by reliance communications.
As you may also have watched a ton of ads on ajio.com on TV and YouTube and those ads increase our trust on ajio.com but what they did with with me was disgusting and unexpected. Let me explain!
I ordered a jacket from ajio.com and worth of 1000INR and was expected to delivered by 7 days and I have made online payment and now just delivery was away.
I’ve been been waiting for more that they told(7days) and they didn’t come, I contacted them but they told me to wait some more couple of days and I thought let’s wait, but 12 days passed and nothing was delivered, I contacted the once again and they said that the package is facing a delay because of some dumb reasons and you may have to wait some more days and I was fed up, and I decided to cancel the order and I cancelled it.
But you know what happend? The delivery was attempted even after my cancellation of order, it was attempted after 20 days of order placement and the courier executive told me that sorry for the delay caused but please accept it.
As I have already made payment and I was insisted by them to take it even after cancellation of order.
Their services are as slow as a snail. I think more slow than a snail.
