The Company likes to add to it’s client base but is not capable of servicing clients. While taking orders they take a booking and give a date, which of course is not aggressive. Inspite of that they are unable to service the order. No communication of delay and also no response except by way of sms. Pathetic service. Should be banned from e-commerce business.
