The products has been picked up two months ago and no refund from ajio. Whenever I call, they say in 48hrs they will resolve. But this 48hrs turned to 2 months. Even the pick up agent has confirmed me that the products has reached the seller and I sent the confirmation to ajio. Then ajio apologized for the confusion. But still no refund. They are cheating the customers. There is no refund of products. Worst experience. Is there any forum where I can complain the issue ?
