If I could give a -ve marking review I would!!!

In the first week of June I ordered for some items on AJIO LUXE - the Luxury brand site - A Tory Burch Slip ons and a coach handbag. While I got the slippers on time, within two days, it was a wrong size. I had specifically asked for a UK5, and a US 7.5, but I got a UK 7.5, which is a US 10, and they were too big, so I had to return it. For my handbag, which even on sale was more than 26k, I had to wait for close to three week. The logistics company AJIO uses is XpressBees, which, I reckon, when it comes to deliveries of other companies, they seems to be pretty diligent but with AJIO for some reason, it just doesn’t work. So for the Coach bag I had to call AJIO and XpressBees at least six times, before I received it after waiting for three weeks, and for the refund of my Tory Burch slippers, I had to wait almost three weeks even after returning it to get the refund into my CARD account. That was not the end of my woes. I’d ordered a Mirragio bag from AJIO for my Aunt, and after waiting for 4 weeks - though the status shows out of delivery since day two of order - I’ve not received the bag. I have made several complaints with AJIO and XpressBees, and finally after such a long wait, I not got to know the shipment has been sent back to AJIO because apparently I’ve not been available for delivery to be made which is a complete lie because my house has someone 24/7 as I have a toddler at home.


So I am not fighting to receive the refund of my bag - some INR 2213 - which I have to wait for 7-10 days after AJIO gets the bag back from XpressBees.


The level of nonchalance with which both AJIO and XpressBees treat customers is disturbingly unprofessional. We customers buy online because we don’t have the time to go to stores and shop given the pressures and chores of our daily lives. And then we are subject to this constand follow-up, arguments, and further follow-ups with no resolutions.


AJIO and it’s logistic partners are equally unprofessional, and in my opinion if you can’t deliver, and you can’t do what you premis to, you shouldn’t be in business. RETAIL is a business where customer service is prime, and if you don’t know how to serve your customers even after taking their money, shut your shop and your site. ARE YOU LISTENING ISHA AMBANI? The Ambanis may be the richest family in India, but their customer service and nonchalance is not going to work in the Retail Industry if they can’t get their act together!
